While your criticisms are true, you're a sophisticated computer user. Most people are not and are unlikely to invoke the workarounds you highlighted and all of us by now are painfully aware of. I am also not to concerned by this because I don't expect those "workarounds" to work much longer.

So far the results back from actual market exerience is that the drop off rate is substantially less and that is why BMG is going after using this with other artists as they roll out the catalogue in 04.

Pretty difficult to come up with "evidence" when the SEC and DTC turn a blind eye to these goings on. We checked with 3 MM's at which someone we know is owed some favors. This produced a little over 50 million shares naked. I don't expect you to believe me, but it's there.

Please explain what "scheme" one could put into effect to prevent naked shorting of ones stock. I am aware of a few that could potentially cause short covering that have been used with various degrees of success but aside from a major revamping of shorting laws to prevent abuse, I do not see any way to prevent this.

Who else offers DVD copy protection that competes with Macrovision? The DVD labels asked last year for a reduction in price. They were told "no". I suppose one could construe that as "battling price erosion".

You already know the market is the US. You also already know the disks you refer to had playability issues. Why isn't BMG using this technology in the US already?

I dunno, why don't you tell me? I was going to wait till they filed their audited financials, but you seem to be very knowlegable. I have no illusions that everything was perfect in the begining as this company was orginally something completely different and had to morph into what it is now.

Is it your contention that the BMG contract is not for real? Are you willing to state it is your opinion they will receive no more business from BMG?? Is the Sonapress deal a fake?

I have a substantial investment at these levels, so I am curious if you have any negative information I'm not already privy to as you do seem well informed on this subject.
