If there is a ton of gold and the locals can not afford to mine it properly and quickly they will sell it for a nice price which in LaPlanada was 150k which is a lot of money for land owners in Colombia, but considered cheap in GMXP and Mike Hills eyes.They have the cash and backing to mine both properties. Enough said make up your own mind and stick with your gut feeling.
