An ''Ittiom'' video player made by EDig for the Indian market (which we did not know of prior to this) was on display. It's essentially an IFE but no security, just a player and doing well in India.

We are making a video player for use in India and no one knows this? And the player is doing well????

Gilgamash... the problem is it's from
SUNPOOP and dinkie. FF could have told them EDIG was filimg for BK on Monday and they would have given the same report.

Some disturbing things in Sunpoop's report.

People at e.Digital read the message boards and FF and Jo Jo are familiar with the screen names?

I was hoping to see FF or RP and lo and behold we turned around at 10:26AM and FF was standing in aisle. Talk about fast moving, we hit on him before he had a chance to see us and run.(The word was out on us...from the lips of JO JO Platt, 'I been warned about you two. Never be in a corner when I see you coming.' By the way some people at EDig do read the posts on Agora and ihub and are very familiar with our names.

Falk kept a potential customer waiting for an hour chatting with Sunpoop and D.inkie??? And this was a good thing? Wouldn't shareholders have been better served if Fred would have told them to meet him later? Did this back him up and make him late for other potential customers? IMO, it was extremely unprofessional behavior on Fred's part. If he is that cavalier with other potential customers, no wonder there are so few. Also, since Fred warned them that he had a sales appointment in 3 minutes, why didn't SP and D.i insist that he go to it instead of keeping him "cornered?"

He told us we had 3 minutes since he was here to meet a potential customer. We started talking and he was very open and friendly. In fact he was downright upbeat with that look in his face of the 'cat just finishing off the mouse'.

We 'cornered' him for over an hour and hit every topic of EDig interest. (It turned out the company he was meeting thought he was supposed to meet FF in the next booth and had been standing there for over an hour, waiting) Much to our benefit.

So they spend time reading message boards and chatting with shareholders instead of seeking new business? Very bad priorities IMO.

Did Falk give out material non-public information? Is this why SP says keeping a potential customer waiting in order to talk to him

FF did give us proprietary information which I believe he never intended to do and which I will not pass on right now. He was just so excited that he slipped a bit.

They are "turning business away"? Why? It's not like they have too much business now. What kind of public companies turn potential business away? Something like that was said in the webcast too. Falk should explain what kind of business he turns away and why.

EDig is now well known in the CE world and we are turning awy business.

Lastly, is it possible the Sunpoop erroneously assumed that the Ittiam reference design player was e.Digital's because it was displayed in close proximity? He doesn't say that either FF or "Walter" told him it was an e.Digital product. Wouldn't FF have confirmed it if it were true?

Thanks Gilga..I'd much prefer that edig products be in Microsoft's booths than Apple's. Good to hear.
