i dont know if this is good news..

in this way PTEL is showing itself as a company who changes their earlier decisions all the time !! Even its maybe a change for the better, but this is no way of doing business..

first put out plan A
it didnt really work out, so get plan B
then some shareholders complain, make it plan C
and so on

it gives the company less credibility
and makes it feel its doing everything to please shareholders and make price go up, instead of running their business in a good way
