We won't know everything until it all plays out, so you may be right, but in all the R/M I have seen, the company reversing into the shell gets restricted shares of the shell/new company, and the shell shares usually get a R/S and become the only shares in the float.IMO

After the reverse merge into CMHS:
1. Will our shares become restricted?
2. Will the 12 mil restricted share given to CMHS become free trading?
3. Will the number of our shares in the account change?
