But mookie, I am not just complaining and am in the process of following through on my complaints...it does no good just to complain if all you want is sympathy...we are all in the same boat and no room for name calling ....just action!!! If you filed complaints...what is being done? Asking if I am dense is sad on your part but calling you arrogant is wrong on my part too...my apologies...lets get something done!
