Hello investwise.

I bought shares of this stock today.

Obviously, I believe in this company since I bought shares, but should we be concerned that 2.4 million shares of the 12 million float were traded today - that's 20% of the float.

I know people bought at a penny or two and could be taking profits, but who would wanna take profits just before this pig flies?

typical historical volume for this stock is rarely over 200,000

That really is a brilliant move, and it indicates the CEO's sophistication and analytical capabilities, as the key to utilizing the NOLs in a merger is if the businesses are "like businesses". The forethought put into buying such a qualifying shell is very impressive, and not something many pink sheet/OTCBB CEOs would have the capability to evaluate.

Wow!!! Good God this is amazing news!!! A CEO that is very smart, responsible, AND looks out for shareholders interest? He got the reporting shell for restricted shares? HAHAHA what a move!! No dillution means UP UP and AWAY!!! This is totally excellent news, why the hell didn't I buy more today??? Oh yea because my order was in for .035 and IT NEVER FILLED damnit!!!! No way it fills tomorrow either, LOL! If the shell knows its worth more to get the shares then the money up front then you know that this is going to go up, WAY UP. Sorry for the excitement but this is just amazing to me! Thank you investwise4858 for posting about this last week, you are an amazing dude!!!!

So the GSIEF shares that get converted will probably become restricted for 1 year, leaving the CMHS shares the only ones available in the float. I think the CMHS shares are the ones to buy. IMO
