That press release is typical of the hot air.

"Gemini Explorations Inc. ('Gemini') (OTCBB: GMXP) reports that after reviewing the company's stock with an independent analyst, there is an illegal naked short interest position of approximately 3.5 to 4 million shares in GMXP."

An unsupported assertion is made without any data, any statement of methodology, or any identification of the "independent analyst". I can't imagine who would believe such a wild claim. The person responsible for making it is likely to find himself in very hot water soon.

If the wrong share structure is being published, who do you suppose is responsible for that?
