WHP-as for the demise of RSMI, my bet would be on bankruptcy.
When the next lawsuit is filed requiring discovery, the easiest
avenue for da boyz is claiming to not have the funds to fight
the lawsuit and taking Chapter 7. That leaves their rep. in
tact so they can move on to another scheme. One of the reasons
that scams almost always make some monies for some, other than
only the scamsters is so they have financial backers and
cheerleaders for the following efforts. Another common technique is for the scamsters to go into the shadows on the
next endeavor with new faces appearing to be in charge.

Time will tell what route this scam will take.
