Great post ....however, Funding and cash-flow going forward are CONCERNS.....these issues are indeed front and center..per the current 8k.

As far as Nick V's contacts...that is why,IMO, Biometrics LLC "upped" their offer..i.e. exhibit 99.1, June 20th.

The fundamentals and assets are,IMO, what attracted those behind Biometrics LLC to SQUM.

I respectfully disagree with your statement that the issue between Nick V. and Biometrics LLC has NO BEARING on the fundamentals of this company going forward.

I do not underestimate Nick V....I also do not, in any way shape or form, UNDERESTIMATE the people behind Biometrics Investors,LLC
