So Peter's claim that it acts as a poison pill doesn't make sense then. They can prevent any hostile takeover without the preference shares.

My main concern is that Amergence management shows us performance wise, with revenue follow through and new deals that the Amegence concept of bringing private companies public is indeed a profitable and viable buissiness venture. We are in a critical period of time and only definitive results is the the criteria that matters most. All other issues are really secondary in nature . To me it is time to show the investor results.
So now the through the end of July 2007 it is show me time to see some results.
