invest.....again looks like you surfaced a real player here. as someone who knows a little bit about the healthcare industry, i plan on speaking with the CEO and will offer the results/impressions of that conversation should I succeed.

the receiveables factoring niche industry is given credence in healthcare due to the nature/role of third parties who pay (i.e., purposefully delay) for services provided, e.g., HMOs, PPOs, Medicare, Medicaid and the myriad of private/public entities that morph/compete in the market based on the then idealogical preferences of the governing elite. see the movie "sicko" for a dumbed down but rather accurate summary of how some of the players operate.

one of my plays here is www.preferredhospitals.com. not a comprehensive solution, but a niche play for the 47 million uninsured who are subjected to the payment shock of retail medicine and no advocate (whether from a price or quality POV).
