WAS THERE A STAY FOR THE 2 COMPLAINTS?

Huh?? You really need to read the posts. AND the SEC documents. Fluffy finally got around to moving for a stay of the judgment, but he waited weeks to do it. He should have done it right away. The judge has not ruled.

virginian: No stay has been issued. I think someone misinterpretted the last court docket entry:

MEMORANDUM OF LAW in Opposition re: 188 FIRST MOTION to Stay Proceedings Pending Appeal.. Document filed by U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. (Hughes, Leslie) (Entered: 06/30/2007)

This is simply noting the SEC has filed a document opposing RA's request for a stay:

FIRST MOTION to Stay Proceedings Pending Appeal. Document filed by Universal Express, Inc., Richard A. Altomare, Chris G. Gunderson.(Tifford, Arthur) (Entered: 06/20/2007)

In both cases, the entries have to do with motions for and against a stay. The judge has yet to respond to the request for a stay.
