Funny how they left out some of the details like we have already won a judgment of 700M $'s against Naked Shorting in front of a Jury and the Naked Shorting has been going on since about 1998 not only 4 years.

Reply: Norris is a prejudiced schmuck. He knows that the Bankruptcy Court Ruling trumps the SEC, and he also knows the trial is scheduled for November, and that pleadings were completed by May 22.
