Way to try and change your position mid stream.

In your post, you didn't mention conservatism- you merely pointed out who they were appointed by.

You know nothing of their judicial record to qualify them as conservative or liberal. Please post the information you had before you posted ( don't google it now ) that made you use the conservative label- other than who they were appointed by. I gave you the Souter example of a liberal who was appointed ( unknowingly ) by a rep.

It's not a question of imagined orientation- it's a question of proper judicial; handling of the case. We will have to wait for the appeal to play out to see how his conduct is rated

The reason you're having such an awful time with this is because of your complete lack of integrity

LMAO

Hint: it's the libs who are whining like stuck pigs by the action of Bush to keep him out of jail. You'll have a second chance when he's pardoned before Bush leaves office.

Having my integrity questioned by a toilet stain like you is a joke. I followed the details of the case and I saw many problems with the prosecution. Real questions were brought up in the appeal. The standard is that if any of those questions had a chance of being judeged favorably, he would have been kept out of jail pending the appeal process. The judge summarily decided that ALL the appeal motions were completely w/o merit- a very hard to justify position since there were amicus briefs filed by many respected legal scholars.

Again, plaese provide you knowledge of the judges decisions before your post that made you determine he was a conservative.

The label really doesn't have any significance- it's ONLY a question of whether he acted fairly
