Would principals selling off some of their shares add any share count to the outstanding shares?? These shares should have been already included in the O/S share count.

Some additional new shares have to be issued. Could some of the additional shares be given to the new senior employees?
Shares used to pay for services in lieu of cash may be a possibility. 504s could also be a possibility.

The O/S has gone up slightly. ( new issue)

There has also been a reduction in restricted stock. ( indider sales)
