This post needs to be updated because the first video was removed:

Look at WTC-1 which has already been hit. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to WTC-1. Forget about WTC-2 which gets hit in this film.
Watch the first 20 seconds, pause it, and put it aside but don't "x" out of it. Move on the the next video.

NOW LOOK AT WTC-1 right BEFORE it collapses. Compare the fire and smoke from the first video with the smoke and fire before it collapses.
Look at WTC-1 at 10 seconds into the film and pause. This is immediately before there is an explosion and resulting collapse.

Put the two windows of the building (one from each video) side by side, and compare. To my way of thinking, there is very little difference between the two 'shots.' The fire wasn't going anywhere.

WTC-1 was hit at 8:46 and started collapsing at 10:28.

Now THESE are buildings with REAL fires and they didn't collapse.
