It seems that when it looks like FASC has a potential success Government permiting is slow.
The frustrating thought is that improvements made to the KDS cannot even be tested so they can proceed with adjustments or the next phase of improvements. At least MnVAP is not blaming FASC.
The GM says there is a lot of interest in what is going on and should create a demand for the KDS. I am hoping so.
