The subtle odor is starting to build toward an obvious stench. The 504s, the odd way they express financials, fluffy PRs, Nik as the IR guy, Nik still working for JB, insider selling, the abrupt reversed decision to not finance MDFY, the bizarre divvy...

I'll stick around 'till they post their first quarterly, and to see what happens to Medify. But this is all starting to take on a very familiar smell.
