'analystslie'.....I would gladly accept the invitation as long as there is a spot open...if there is no room to add another assistant Mod that is okay also.....either way I'll continue to participate in discussing the day to day issues regarding SQUM.
As far as EVERYONE ignoring SQUM's improved Fundamentals and overall prospects....I'll respectfully disagree with that.
There is a group (Biometrics Investors,LLC) that apparently recognizes the ASSETS this company possesses....The reaction to the current filing was predictable IMO....now that we have taken a deep breath and RESEARCHED the subject you will see the PPS recover...I recommend EVERYONE read the amendment and the conditions set forth....the amendment states that VanB. is entitled to keep 5.5 million of his 11 million common shares......the initial filing stated that VanB. was to surrender all 11 million of his personally held common shares......I believe that further details are being worked out between the parties and within 2 weeks we get the resolution......if that goes down like I think it will...then we will all be very,very HAPPY...this of course is IMO.
The bump in the road will soon be history...this is,IMO, a DEFINING moment...I hope VanB. does the right thing.
