Discussing the facts about a stock is not bashing.

Today I learned that all of the form 144s that are not available on the SEC website are readily available on another website.

Apparently from your point of view the poster that placed that information on this board was bashing the stock. From my point of view he was sharing valuble information allowing me to make an informed investment decision.

Oh by the way Tiger, us serious posters already read the 10SB amendment and can't find any mention in the Q1 2007 financials showing that NNRF recieved $2.5M from ATOLL. The amendment is dated mid June 2007. So where is their 50%?

I find your explanations often vary materially from the information provided to the SEC.

Stocktiger....
To this point I have read all your posts and you seem very knowledgeable and positive. However, this recent email makes you a basher of others and you have certainly stooped to that level. I hope we can all just stick to questions and facts, not bashing others. I own NNRF stock and have for a year. Although i am very positive on the company, there are major questions to be answered. Why in the world would NNRF give a convicted felon all those shares is one that comes to mind! Even if this guy has paid his dues it still looks bad and makes people doubt some things the company says. I am hoping for my sake and others that this stock is not a paper tiger! With all the stock coming unrestricted in the coming days and months, it stands to reason that a flood of stock into the market (no matter how good you say it is for the stock overall)can make the price fall dramatically. If it is very closelyheld, that may happen but the potential is there nevertheless!!
