I heard they are sending a list of all their pnms shareholders and shares owned direct to Panamersa....so individual certs are not needed. Nice of them ...huh?

When I called my branch broker to inquire about the progress of my share certification form he informed me that a Scottrade company rep had contacted MT and that they had agreed that Scottrade would certify the entire list of qualified divy share shareholders with a single medallion certification.

So I'm waiting to see if my divy shares show up in my account.
