Tom, thanks for stopping by and paying us a visit.

You cleared up alot of questions and explained alot. I for one hope to be buying alot more then i have pretty soon as funds become clear.

" EDEX has sold 3,300,000 shares for an average price of 3.3 cents for our share of Mesa and North Dakota costs"
Was this a private offering or done through the markets.

If it's private, it would be fair to let us know so we can get first digs on it.

Knowing that we can call you instill confidence.

I have let you know privately what the problem is. Very simple, alot of us here are not in the oil business and don't understand all the dynamics and timelines all the time. While I understand your hesitation to pr so that it does not become a pump & dump maybe their can be some education.

About salary and stock, i take back my comment. You are worth every penny of 15K a month - however, about you maintaining your percentage as you dilute for new projects; even though it's fair game since you let us know early on, I still think that it says you are not all in the risk with your shareholders.

Otherise, you are doing an excellent job and I want to own at least 2million shares before you hit a buck .

nice to see you around and thanks for setting somethings straight especially concerning share structure as i believe that is one of the most contentious areas with this issue and pinkies in general. also, good idea going for some quick oil so we can get some revenues flowing in...that does seem like the ideal situation if mesa can be prooven with oil rev.'s from ND. as far as the 6% - has that appeared anywhere officially? i know a few of us were trying to track down where we heard that number. anyways, best of luck

Thanks for the update and do remember that all your very long longs bought into MESA.

I hope you bring MESA to the forefront and keep it there like you pitched to us 2 years ago.

One can't hit homeruns when you have a master on the mound throwing spit balls.

GLTY and God save the MESA

I am grateful that Tom has decided to make an appearance on the board to clear up a few misconceptions about the company’s status. This was a rare situation where not hearing any news could be perceived as bad news so I appreciate the fact that he brought everyone up to date. I just want to reiterate the fact that this type of information is available anytime, all you have to do is call him. Tom is a good man trying to do great things (for everyone). I am one of the few who will call him when I have a question or a concern and for that reason I have been able to stay true to the EDEX course. I may not be as knowledgeable as Tom, Clayjay or Geo when it comes to Oil and Gas but I will rum with the best of them when it comes to judging someone’s character or intentions. Much larger companies have been built by men with much less virtue than Tom’s. So for those who grow weaker and continue flying I’m the one behind the scenes who keeps on buying!

Happy B-day Old Man! Tom is 26 tomorrow (j/k. 26 x2 plus a whoooooole lot more!)

Wildcatter, Thank You for putting EDEX's Mesa well into baseball terms for me! I'll take a solid double any day, as now a little basehit will score a run, unless, you've got a truck on second. As I stated earlier patience on our part and hard on EDEX's and we just might have a ballgame here. Also Bronco, nice to see you back on the board, I thought you had dissappeared for good. John
