Hi coinsguy. I was referring to itsmikies post about Megas 'possibly' setting up a 'failure to comply lawsuit' that is directed at the DTC and brokers, for not following federal laws. Not sure which post number it is, but he posted it this am.
Personally, I just hope ALL lawsuits end, and BCIT simply gets on with business, and starts to trade again.
