Lots of bits and pieces from previous articles. It is interesting that even though there are implications about how bad ERHE is, it is emphasized there is no proof that we have done anything wrong anywhere. Think they might be covering "themselves" from a law suit?
If this quotation from the NY Times article is correct, where did the tens of millions of dollars go?
