I'm not certain - I haven't checked with Babybulls myself as yet. Strictly, float should be the number net of resticted stock BUT we had a float number in the 600s at an earlier stage so unless the original quoted float was under the mark and restricted stock was awarded to Babybulls as comp. I would say the 800k includes the 175k. Has anyone checked this out/anything to add?

Either way, stock will be real thin on the ground as you say. I suspect there are quite a number of board members who want some more action themeselves, let alone others!!
