If I am reading this right, 175k of the 800k float is Babybulls and so restricted (not clear to me over what period) so at least for now tradable float is significantly lower.

I don't know how many shares BA were holding then converted in the R/S but when we get serious traction (now starting) it should crush any braking effect that BA may have left.
