I think the SEC should wait til the appeals are exhausted before they issue these requests .I mean how can RA go through the appeal process if hes in jail for contempt while he is appealing the summary judgement ruling. Should he really abide by these judgements before the appeal process is completed and why would he be considered in contempt when an appeal has been filed?
