I'll buy that, but doesn't the MM's set the Bid/Ask prices? In my limited knowledge, I thought I understood that the MM's can see what is being offered and they can set the prices to let the market run its course, or take advantage of the prices themselves. Is that somewhat accurate? Thanks.
