"there's no indictment" was not a defense at the time it was fact. Not fitting for the speedy trial act of 1974 and the issue was why did it take so long? You sound pretty accustomed to knowing and dealing with criminal matters yourself, so why do you suppose it took so long? And why was it reduced down to only two and not three charges?

Knowingly and willingly
and
Beyond a reasonable doubt!
It just doesn’t all fit as black and white as some here may see and as some have also said for him to act alone? Sorry but I see this story just keeps getting juicier and juicier………
