Any idea how reliable they are? I'd hope fairly reliable considering the fact they are the exchange that pinks trade on. <g>

Personally, I'd guess closer to about 2.5billion o/s. If the volume continues tomorrow (300M+) and it moves good, then that will confirm the 740M figure. If not, then I'd bet I'm right at 2.5B.
