Just to make it clear, there has NOT been a lawsuit filed concerning 360OTC and the Bill Davis Racing operation and driver Jeremy Mayfield (at least not yet). The racing related lawsuit against Schearer and company was filed by Morgan McClure Motorsports, which alleges breach of contract by the sponsor.
