That is where seaway agreed to take on the 1.2 milion in debt!
so I understand>>>..read the recent PR's. and the latest fillings for GSCR. Rember much things have changed since FEB.
Seaway would have to pay the debt to own the shell...so I understand..as far as I know the GSCR shell is clean and DEBT FREE!!! at least that is what I get from my DD! anybody wanna add to that???
