no wonder RA is so upset at the SEC & Courts -
he has been caught in every lie he had told and now he is making the share holders pay the price because of his lies, the selling of unregistered stock and false press releases

I agree - paying yourself self $650k a year plus perks (like loans never paid back)

Is a great reason to stay open ... even if the company is losing millions and millions and millions?

What's issuing over 15 BILLION shares between friends?
