I'll have to read the filing and see what kind of loan they are talking about, looks like standard convertible note type language to me...

This company has a PE ratio of just under 1, should be at least a PE of 10, which means the shares are theoretically worth $40 per share... A PE of 5 would be $20 per share. Nothing to do now but buy some more or hold and let's see what happens.
