I'm sure you do. As have many many others. The key is... when you do "your" DD, who do you get info from? You know as well as I do, that countless DD sources with this stock have thus far been unproven if not completely invalid or lies.

Calgary, admittedly, is yet to be seen. Could be legit and valid; no way to tell at this point.
