AURC which was traded under SAT in the past is also looking for anoter T/A. They don't have any T/A at all at the moment. I think "no T/A" is pretty normal for the SAT companies at this point.

Out of curiousity, how do you know AST&T is NOT!

The cert is in my name, and there is no T/A according to the DTC.
