I guess he is brilliant then. Go ahead and buy this stock so it keeps going up. There is no news out on this stock to warrant the volume or rise in price. There is one thing driving this stock up, which is a pump Ad campaign. I bought into these pump Ad campaigns and then the selloff started and continued. Check out ATVE and PLRO if you want to see this trend. OCTL still has zero product and zero income. I have yet to meet a real stock genius who doesn't want your money. I initially bought this stock at 1.68 last November. It went up to 3.75 then suddenly dropped to 1.30 in less than a day. It eventually went down to .60. Now it is back at 2.00. Anyone know where this thing is going from here? I am telling you it will not be pretty. I have not gained anything from penny stocks other than I am no longer burdened by $28,000.
