I have said this before. The DTC is NOT required to trade securities. It essentially just speeds up the process for many different reasons. HMGP had DTC issue and regardless of it being a different one is was still able to be traded.

This thing finally moves like a real floater. Once all of this nonsense is over with and the company can give us hefty news in the fall about sales, walmart etc we will fly! It will be a long waiting game so I suggest others to get some play money for other stocks to keep yourself busy. GLTA!

I think that may be the main problem, as you stated, most brokers were still trading after the DTC order and created a cluster f*ck (excuse my language, but it is what it is)... DTC has not been delivering shares..... I'm guessing after the initial postponement until june 25th, many brokers were thinking it will be setteled on the 25th and everything would be fine, shares would be delivered. But now they are not wanting to take a chance on a 3 month delay...in the meantime go SLON

I also thought the DTC could only halt trading for 15 days.
