The SEC could be a bump in the road during a waiting period for the drill rigs to arrive.

We all know that the SP of ERHC will not jump until the drill rig strikes oil.

This is actually giving me more time to accumulate more funds to buy more shares.

A year from now I would like to see the look on the faces of those selling me thier shares.
