I had a conversation with a freind of mine yesterday about PNMS. He said he had 30K frozen in his account due to him trading offshore. Something to do with 9/11. He was even more interested in PNMS when I told him he would have to get or use his passport with the PDR exchange. Again another by the book for PNMS.
