I agree. They are probably just getting their ducks in a row inside the company. The wire transfer info just went onto the website on Monday.

It sounds like they are using people's money. lol Didn't anyone here ever watch the movie, "Blow" with Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz? Putting your money with some "foundation" in Panama is not a very safe way to go. lol

Maybe you have to wait few days after the sale on exchange to be able to do the actual wire transfer?
