Serfdom: I didn't think you were filing a claim, because you made up your losses with Paul's help? Have you finally and totally decided?
What do you make of the bankers/funds? If I were a clever guy filing a claim or replying to motions, I would include evidence that I believed suggested that Tela-Neto was/is a fraud while and after the notes were cut. I would put the funds on notice of these 'facts' (in case they say they didn't pay attention to the actual company for the last few years). I would do so in the filings and in a certified letter. Force them to KNOW what people have been saying for years. Arguably, Marco already did, but they can dismiss his claims (some foreigner trying to highjack the shell), but can they dismiss the claims of shareholder, possibly holding their paper from Teleatinos? They might, but they can't say the NEXT DAY and any day after that they were UNAWARE of claims of fraud.
Hmmm.
This raises big issues hot in the securities world, for those of you that pay attention.
