While CHDT has notified of their intent to use a private placement, there seems to be some question as to when the shares would become unrestricted, relative to the registration provisions.

In any case, I just can't see hedging with shorts at this level and particularly with the thinly traded float. Looks like an invitation to disaster.

There should be an announcement soon ........Elpaf just said as much!
