I have been a shareholder for a while but do not post much. I can't remember who was posting about the renovations on the office, but it would be nice to get an update from him. My take on things is that they agreed on a price, on the condition that Global make some modifications to the new office on 46th. Once these conditions are meet we should see it close. They have probably been selling some shares to pay for the renovations.
They have now had two weeks to make these changes so we should be pretty close to finalizing. It's just like if you were buying a house and you said, "I will buy your house for such and such but want it to have a new paint job, carpet, etc.." and when completed to specification then you sign the closing papers.
