"Securities and Exchange Commission are being asked by Congress to defend the watchdog agency against accusations that it may be tilting toward business interests and away from investors.".................... well, I would agree 100% that this is the case judging by the fact that 99.99999999999% of these stock selling scams go untouched and get away scott free with millions of dollars they scammed from investors through bogus PR's, phone conversations, emails, even filings and of course shady consultants..
