so papers go to auditor then that takes 2 weeks then the board gets papers that takes 2 more weeks then we may get a deal in a month or so.

Why would he mention back up deals? I would think he would be focused on this deal??? I am holding but, that statement does not sit well with me as a shareholder. If the deal is as close as mentioned on this board why would he be working on not one but multiple side deals. Seems odd. IMHO
