Do you think that the SEC is trying to bolster its own tarnished image by asking for the receivership? I know it doesn't look good that the Court has found against USXP in reference to PRs, but as I understand it, that issue is appealable. Further, that issue is under or will be under appeal.
'IF' thats the case, it would be impossible to grant a receivership imo. Let me know if that sounds correct to you..thanx!
