#254 RE: ada #253

IMHO it is some profit taking. to be honest, I sold 1/2 my holdings this morning at $1.11. RSI had floated above 70 for a few days now and could see the trend of a selloff coming http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=bcon&p=D&b=5&g=0&id=0 . Still gun-ho about BCON, just saw a chance to sell some now and buy back at a lower price. I also sold some TUTR to free-up some money for a reload of BCON. Will see the mid to low .90's by Friday if there is no news. My buy order is in at .96 but my finger is on the trigger if any news comes out. This is the 3rd and maybe last time flipping (not good for the blood pressure). Luckily I have done well with it so far.

BCON could be saving some good news too if the pps hits the mid to low .90's. They then will release the news to drive the pps back over a $1. With 6 days in at over a $1, the delisting thing is almost a none issue now. The good news will come sooner or later and we will see $1.50 or more once the plant news and or Flywheel sales news hits. the only thing that makes me a little nervous is that BCON may sell more share into the float to raise more funds for research and development by the end of the year. Hopefully they can find other ways to raise funds other then deluting - "The year-ago results included a gain of $3.6 million from the sale of equity investments in Evergreen Solar. Beacon also disclosed that its independent accounting firm plans to include a going concern opinion in its Form 10-K for fiscal 2005 because the company will require further equity investments to continue operations. Beacon said it's pursuing various deals to alleviate these concerns". Maybe they have somethingelse to sell like Evergreen Solar. This is a great looking company and things look great short, mid and long term.

Good luck to us all, P
