One of the problems here is that PBLS time line is very different from shareholders. PBLS is just getting a foothold after years of struggle just to stay in business. I expect Katrina caught them as unprepared as the rest of New Orleans and the ensuing mess takes time to untangle. We are going to have to learn to go with the flow as the process continues to unfold and grow. I know it is a cliche but...... No pain.....No gain.
